Getting a flu shot paid off in more than just health benefits for QualChoice members whose names were drawn from flu shot claims between October 1, 2018 and April 30, 2019.
A drawing from claims through December earned Logan Hoskins of Adventure Subaru in Fayetteville a cash prize of $2,000. Jimmy Dean of Dreamline Manufacturing in Cabot won $1,000 in a drawing of claims through February. And employees of the groups below won $500 prizes in our final drawing from claims through April.
